TRADITIONAL CHINESE veterinary MEDICINE

We utilize Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) principles to support whole-body health, performance, and recovery in both equine and small animal patients.

Herbal medicine and food therapy are used to complement acupuncture treatments and help restore balance, support physiologic function, and address underlying patterns of disease.

Herbal Medicine

We prescribe customized herbal formulas tailored to your animal’s individual needs to support healing, enhance treatment outcomes, and promote long-term wellness.

Using a Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) approach, Dr. Allie evaluates each patient through a comprehensive assessment, including tongue and pulse diagnosis, to develop a targeted herbal plan.

Formulas may include:

  • In-house blended herbal prescriptions

  • Classical formulations

  • Select products from Dr. Xie’s Jing Tang Herbs (Reddick, Florida), when appropriate

Food Therapy

Nutritional recommendations are guided by TCVM principles and may be used to support:

  • Digestive health

  • Energy and metabolic balance

  • Recovery and performance

  • Chronic disease support
